A nervous system-focused bodywork experience designed to help you soften long-held tension, shift out of stress mode and reconnect with your body. This session blends: - 60 mins of deep targeted massage - 30 mins of calming Reiki energy work - 30 mins of foot focused grounding Ideal if you're feeling stuck, burnt out or carrying emotional or physical tension that just won't budge.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 7 business days. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice, and no shows, will result in the loss of your 50 percent prepayment. It is important to be on time for your massage. If you arrive late (more than 5 minutes) you will be sacrificing your treatment time. We do our best to accommodate clients but due to other bookings this won’t always be possible.
