Distance Reiki

Service Description

Distance Reiki is used to send energies over a distance. It allows the practitioner to provide a session without the client being in the same room. The potential benefits are the same as an in-person session. There are additional benefits to a distance session and these include: more flexibility when arranging an appointment, less stress as there is no need to engage with traffic, more comfort in familiar surroundings. Prior to our session you can email us with a photo and a few details about yourself such as your name, location, age and an intention of what you want the session to support. We will then email you before and after the session for a pre and post consultation. It’s important to find a comfortable place where you can relax and that is free from disruption. It may help to light a candle and/or play relaxing music. Some clients find it beneficial to keep a journal at hand to set intentions before and jot down things they notice after the session.
